Alfonso Soldani
Soldani Projects is a family-owned painting and decorating business specialising in Italian decorative finishes, led by artisan applicator Alfonso. Born in the south of Italy, Alfonso trained in Venetian plaster from the age of 17, and his work has been featured in Belle and Vogue Living.
Venetian plaster and microcement are at the heart of the business, with limewash, French wash, hand painted joinery and high-end interior and exterior painting alongside them. Soldani Projects also imports its own lime-based plaster, so Alfonso supplies the product, applies it and stands behind both.
Clients work directly with Alfonso from samples and finish selection through to the final coat, and he works closely with architects, interior designers, builders and homeowners. Site visits are by appointment, and colour samples can be ordered through the Soldani Projects website.
Soldani Projects is based in Caddens and works on homes and commercial spaces across Penrith, the Blue Mountains and the Hawkesbury, as well as greater Sydney and regional NSW.
