Focus Physio & Co

Focus Physio & Co is a physiotherapy and allied health clinic in Glossodia Shopping Village, in the heart of the Hawkesbury. Physiotherapist Jenny O’Neill opened the clinic as O’Neill Physiotherapy in 2008, and it has grown from a one-physio practice into a team of physiotherapists, an exercise physiologist, a psychologist and a remedial massage therapist. Principal physiotherapist Emily Waugh joined in 2018 and has led the practice since 2022. Emily and Jenny are both APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapists.

The team treats sports injuries, back and neck pain, work injuries and recovery after surgery, and offers hand therapy with custom splints and casts. Exercise physiology covers rehab, cardiac rehab and falls prevention, and group exercise classes suit people at every stage of recovery. With remedial massage and psychology under the same roof, the practitioners can work together on one plan and keep your GP and specialists in the loop.

The clinic has a well-equipped gym, accessible facilities and easy parking at the front and back of the shopping village. Private health rebates are claimed on the spot through HICAPS, and the team works with Medicare GP plans, workers compensation claims, DVA and self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants.

Focus Physio & Co sees patients from Glossodia, Richmond, Windsor, Kurrajong and across the Hawkesbury, as well as the lower Blue Mountains. Appointments can be booked online or by phone.
